| Details: | SUMMARY: Response to complaint DETAILS: Received and email from a water user saying that the chlorine levels were 7-8ppm. I contacted operator and he said that he did respond to some phone calls regarding high chlorine. He informed me that the highest tested were .7-.8 ppm which are well below the maximum chlorine level. I believe there was a misunderstanding in regards to the decimal point. ACTION NEEDED: I will call or email the resident that called and try to explain the residual number and the chlorine results. | ||
