| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation follow up call DETAILS: Operator failed to report nitrates in 2008. They hold a food license at this operation so I called to remind him the facility is in violation of the food rules besides the drinking water rules. Even though it is a yearly requirement I asked him to test within the next couple of weeks for nitrates. ACTION NEEDED: Test and report nitrate in water supply. | ||
