| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation for non monitoring nitrate DETAILS: Spoke with Ms. Jones regarding violation. She noted that she did sample in 2008 and asked the lab to report to the state. In addition, it was noted that SDWIS shows the system has not sampled for coliform since 2006. Ms Jones provided those sample results as well. See attached ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
