| Details: | SUMMARY: SOC alert DETAILS: Spoke with Stella about above the MCL. We discussed where the contamination might be coming from and reminded them never to take a sample from the hose. Stella mentioned the sample was taken in the distribution and I asked her to take the next one directly from the wall head so we can determine if it is a source water issue. I reminded her to continue quarterly monitoring. She said she would but wanted a list of other labs that were approved. I sent her the list of labs along with a T2 public notice template. ACTION NEEDED: Change SOC monitoring schedule for system, follow up on monitoring. | ||
