| Details: | I discussed the water system survey significant deficiencies with the owner of the firm, Dale Hurst on 07/07/2020. He informed me that construction work had been done to fix the problem of the wellhead being subject to flooding. He also informed me that the deficiencies of the lack of a Coliform Sampling Plan and Emergency Response Plan had been corrected. I confirmed that the significant deficiencies were corrected on 07/09/2020. A concrete contractor was hired to raise the grade above the well head to prevent rain water pooling into the well vault. The deficiencies will be noted as corrected in SDWIS by me. | ||
