| Details: | I called and discussed the significant deficiencies from the previous water system survey for the lack of a Coliform Sampling Plan and Emergency Response Plan. Templates were provided by me after the last water system contact and these deficiencies have now been corrected and will be noted as such in SDWIS. | ||
