| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed compliance actions in Notice of Violation DETAILS: David called after receiving the Notice of Violation mailed on May 7. We discussed the violations and requirements of the letter, and confirmed with Gary Burnett that plan review 34-2009 will be complete once we receive the plan review fee. We also discussed that the last coliform sample was submitted on April 13, otherwise the system would now be in compliance with coliform monitoring requirements. ACTION NEEDED: Await the plan review fee which David sais he is mailing today, and await the system to complete coliform sampling. | ||
