| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Spoke with Gloria. The bulb in the UV unit is about a year old and is due to be replaced. Widner Electric is scheduled to replace the bulb the afternoon of Friday 5/15. I advised Gloria to wait until Monday to collect the four repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect four repeat samples, five routines in June. | ||
