| Details: | Spoke with facility manager that is in control of the private water system via phone on 7/3/18 at 9:45 am. There was miscommunication between myself, the owner, the manager, and coworkers after the firms total coliform positive test results from 6/29/18. The firm had taken repeat samples immediately that came back TC+ then due to confusion took an additional 1 source water and 3 repeat samples. The facility manager is aware that the firm is required to conduct a level 1 investigation. This information has been emailed to the facility manager and she is aware that it needs to be filled out and returned to me within 30 days. | ||
