| Details: | SUMMARY: Capacity Assessment DETAILS: Amy Parmenter and I conducted the on-site interview for the City of Coburg with Craig Gibons, City Finance Director, and Jack Harris, Public Works Director, on April 27, 2009. This was in response to SRF Appllication #03003766 to build a new elevated reservoir. The Capacity Assessment report was completed and mailed off on May 15, 2009. ACTION NEEDED: No major deficiencies but we did put two conditions on a loan to the PWS: 1) to complete the Coliform Sampling Plan so that the repeat locations are identified-- and 2) to invetigate and determine whether the Citys wells that are no longer in use pose any security risk to their groundwater. | ||
