| Details: | SUMMARY: Complaint follow up DETAILS: A field visit for a complaint that the facility was operating and according to staff has been since Sept. 2008. The last time Deb Hoy talked to Pam she assured her that the system was not operating and was waiting for approval. During the visit I spoke to Pam via phone. She stated that shed been telling us what her supervisor had instructed her to. I explained that we needed to look at the well and pressure tank so that we could get the final plan review approval. I also explained to her that they had not monitored since Sept. 30, 2008. She said she would contact her lab and get the testing done ASAP. During the visit we looked at the well and pressure tank. Started the sanitary survey but could not complete until we met with Pam. ACTION NEEDED: Pam will call early next week to set up a time to finish the sanitary survey. Follow up with Fred Kalish on plan review approval. Check SDWIS for reporting of coliform within the next month. | ||
