| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting nitrate DETAILS: I contacted operator by phone and he stated that nitrate sample has never been taken for this entry point. I explained that as a result of the latest water survey conducted, the state has required yearly nitrate testing for both entry points. I told the operator he can check the Sample Schedule for Chemicals link on the state webpage to see his required chemical testing schedule. ACTION NEEDED: Take 2009 nitrate sample for EP-B as soon as possible. | ||
