| Details: | SUMMARY: SNC investigation follow up DETAILS: Left phone message for Richard Haatvedt and received a call back from Marty Lister, one of the certified operators for the system and he informed me that VOC, SOC and arsenic monitoring was done on 2/3/09 and is being analyzed by pacific Analytical in Corvallis. This will bring the system back to compliance with their chemical monitoring. ACTION NEEDED: Required to resolve this SNC by 3/20/09. At this point the resolution is pending lab analysis and reporting to the state and the state receiving results and entering into SDWIS. | ||
