Details:	SUMMARY: none DETAILS: System violated coliform for no reporting 4th quarter 2008. Called and discussed with Gary. System simply forgot to take 4th quarter sample. Requested system take 1st quarter routine ASAP to get back on track. ACTION NEEDED: Take and submit 1st quarter 2009 routine results ASAP to return to compliance. Then continue quarter sampling for coliform.
