Details: SUMMARY: Non reporting coliform DETAILS: Letter sent stating failure to report for 4th quarter of 2008. A sample was to be taken sometime during the period of October through December of 2008. System needs to perform a routine sample as soon as possible.This sample will count for the first quarter of 2009. You must also post a public notice for 7 days or until the test results are in whichever is longer. You must submit a copy of the notice to the state showing the date posted. ACTION NEEDED: none
