| Details: | SUMMARY: Diquat Well#6 (EP-E) and Well #3 (EP-A) DETAILS: EP-E Well #6 initial detect for diquat on 1/26/09. Confirmation sample done on 3/30/09 also had a detect so system needs to continue quarterly monitoring for diquat on this well. Note: EP-A Well #3 also had initial detect for diquat on 1/26/09, however confirmation sample from 3/30/09 was non-detect and average of orignal and confirmation was below detection limit, therefore quarterly monitoring not required (can remain on routine monitoring schedule for diquat at this well). ACTION NEEDED: System required to do quarterly sampling for diquat on EP-E Well #6. Will review after 2 quarters and set a new testing schedule as needed. | ||
