| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed compliance actions in administrative order. DETAILS: Jo is a realtor and also the daughter of Tom Abernathy, who owns the system. She called to find out exactly what needs to be completed in order to resolve the administrative order issued on March 18. We spoke about the requirements including the installation of a sample tap, coliform sampling, source water sampling, public notice, and the installation of a temporary disinfection system. I complied specific information about each item and sent them to Jo by email. Jo stated the sample tap should be installed with one week and that she thinks a chlorinator is already installed. ACTION NEEDED: The system should post public notice as directed by Jackson County and complete the installation of the sample tap and chlorinator. The system also needs to complete the six months of distribution and source water coliform sampling. | ||
