| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Routine coliform positive on 3/26/09. 3/31/09 Russ Hanson called Pyxis Lab to see if repeats had been collected. Repeats were collected on 3/31/09 and the lab will call here with results as soon as available. I called the lab on 4/3/09 and Donna said that one of the repeats was just barely over the line and had to be reported as positive. She suggested getting an additional repeat at the wellhead. I agreed. I spoke with Mrs. Corak and she said Mr. Corak was out of town. I suggested writing an email ACTION NEEDED: The lab will sample wellhead and call this office with results. The system must distribute Public Notice and send a copy to the state. | ||
