| Details: | SUMMARY: Reviewed details of River Village LOI and technical issues DETAILS: OECDD has been discussing the potential project as outlined in the letter of interest (LOI) with Walt Longtin. River Village does not need or want water meters but that will likely be a requirement of any funding program, especially the federal "stimulus". I indicated to Gary Viehdorfer that the main technical need would be an engineers evaluation of treatment options, but an environmental review should not be necessary because the project seems to meet the criteria for a categorical exclusion. ACTION NEEDED: Gary Viehdorfer to continue working with Walt Longtin on feasibility of submitting an application for funding at this time. | ||
