| Details: | SUMMARY: Owner declines to apply for the ARRA "Stimulus" funding. DETAILS: After numerous discussions with OECDD staff and Holladay Engineering, Mr. Longtin has decided not to apply for the funding. Several conditions of the funding would increase the project cost, including the installation of water meters, and the required wage rates for contractors. Therefore, Mr. Longtin will work with the engineering firm to develop a plan to install point of use reverse osmosis treatment units at each residence. ACTION NEEDED: Owner to work with Holladay Engineering on treatment plan. | ||
