I notified him of the positive result and the required 4 repeat samples and 5 routines the following month if repeats are negative. Mr. Egan stated he will take the repeats today. He is not sure what the problem might be, could be a sampling error. Last round of tests were taken from same location and were all negative. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
