| Details: | SUMMARY: Received water quality complaint DETAILS: Fred ONeil (733-8540) had called the Portland office with a water quality complaint. I talked to Mr Oneill, who described periodic problems with brown water and a high chlorine smell. He indicated that this is an on-going problem and that he has been in contact with City staff. I reviewed water quality results, testing parameters, and recent chlorine levels with Mr. Oneill. I also told him I would refer him again to City staff for follow-up. I then called Sean at the City. He indicated that he is familiar with the situation and will contact the complainant for follow-up. ACTION NEEDED: None at present. | ||
