| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 4/6/09 I called and left a message for Don Holland this morning… I also spoke with Neilson Research and four repeat samples were submitted on 4/3/09. 4/6/09 I spoke with Don regarding the four positive repeat samples. He does not have a theory as to what is responsible for the positive samples. He is going to shock chlorinate the well. I emailed him the DWP well disinfection sheet. ACTION NEEDED: Alert has not yet been resolved. | ||
