| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat coliform dated 4/7/09 DETAILS: 4/14/09 Called system & left message 4.28/09 Called and left message. 4/29/09 Barb called back & indicated that they had figured out the problem. They found a leak on the connection that was having the coliform positive samples. They have since fixed the leak and redisinfected the system. They have also resampled and Barb said the samples are negative. I scheduled a water system survey for next month. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up at survey | ||
