| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Spoke to Terry on 4/1/09 and he stated that he thought the sample had been mishandled. Four repeat samples submitted on 4/6/09 were all absent for coliforms. I talked to Terry about submitting four repeat samples within 24 hours of being notified. He was instructed to submit five temporary routine samples in May. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of temporary routine samples in May | ||
