Coliform sample was taken 3/30 but not received until 4/13. Suggested reviewing agreement with lab and checking on results. ACTION NEEDED: Ensure routine sample results get to state no later than the 10th of the month following the quarter. Take annual nitrate with 2nd or 3rd quarter coliform. | ||
