| Details: | SUMMARY: 2h DETAILS: Violation for no 2008 nitrate and no/late routine coliform 1st quarter 2009. Called operator Phil and discussed. Coliform sample was taken 3/12/ but not received until 4/13. Suggested reviewing agreement with lab and checking on results. ACTION NEEDED: Ensure routine sample results get to state no later than the 10th day of the month following the quarter. Take annual nitrate with 2nd or 3rd quarter coliform. Will contact system early July to schedule routine sanitary survey. | ||
