| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: system violated coliform from no 1st quarter 2009 routine. System did take a raw water coliform sample for GWUDI but not a sample in distribution. Talked to lab and they will forward raw sample to Springfield. Spoke with owner Todd and reminded to take 2 samples each quarter. ( 1 raw special for GWUDI and one routine in distribution). Owner is aware of violation. ACTION NEEDED: Continue taking quarterly raw specials and routine coliform for at least one year. Take annual nitrate 2nd or 3rd quarter 2009 | ||
