| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: First quarter violation for no routine coliform result. Called operator Jay and two samples taken in March either broke or froze on the way into town on the snowmobile. System will take a 2dn quarter routine ASAP. Had positive coliform last October and take 3 repeats and I verification sample but no temp routines following month. System knows this will show as a violation. ACTION NEEDED: Take 2nd quarter routine coliform ASP and get results to ODWP | ||
