Details: SUMMARY: none DETAILS: System had positive coliform 4/10/09. Received call from lab 4/14/09 and all 4 repeats had already been taken and all absent. Called operator Tammy 4/15/09 and discussed 5 temporary repeats needed in May. Discussed taking at least one repeat from raw source in future to meet groundwater rule. ACTION NEEDED: 5 temporary routines in May. If all absent, can go back to quarterly sampling.
