| Details: | SUMMARY: One of four repeats positive for coliform DETAILS: Spoke to Dave on 04/07/09. He instructed me that he would be shock chlorinating the well and providing public notice to the customers. He faxed a copy of the notice which was forwarded to the state. It was suggested to submit a special sample to insure chlorination worked. He was instructed to submit five temporary routine samples in May. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of five temporary routine samples in May. | ||
