| Details: | SUMMARY: Visit to inspect new well DETAILS: Met with operator to inspect new well and connection to existing system. Piping has been installed from the well to storage. Connection is not complete but is close. System wants to connect as soon as possible to get new well on line. Bacteria test results were given to me during the visit. Wellhead protection is adequate. Transmission line construction is adequate. ACTION NEEDED: Correct: concrete slap, screened air vent, sample tap | ||
