| Details: | SUMMARY: Water Pressure Tanks Assistance DETAILS: The System purchases water from the City of Colton. The system provides water to approximately 100 people, through 40 connections. HBH was contacted by Meg Bucher to provide recommendations for the installation/ replacement of leaking pressure tank. The old air-charged pressure tank was in need of significant repair. Ms Bucher wanted advice as to whether to repair the existing tank or replace it with a pair of small bladder pressure tanks. I reviewed the proposed solution from Schneider Equipment and discussed issues we have seen with the old air-charged tanks. HBH subsequently recommended upgrade to more a modern pressure tank system. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time. | ||
