Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 4/10/09 I called and left a reminder message for Claude with regard to collecting and submitting repeat samples. 4/23/09 Neilson Research confirmed that four repeat samples were submitted on 4/13/09 and all were negative for coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines need to be submitted in the month of May 2009
