| Details: | SUMMARY: Consultation DETAILS: Phone call from Mr. Haight confirming a meeting with his attorney and Public Utilities District people in regards to the stimulus package monies. He was told he was not due to the project not being ready to proceed. He also was told by the OEC that point of use was a variable option. They were quoting from a 2002 document.
