| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate exceeded MCL DETAILS: Exceedence is one half of MCL for nitrate. I spoke with Chris on the phone and informed him that testing is now required to be quarterly and will be reviewed after 4 consecutive quarters. Chris said he would see that the testing is done. They drilled a new well in 2004 and had some low level nitrate detections since testing began on that source (3.0, 2.1 and now 5.7 mg/L) ACTION NEEDED: Fill out chemical change form. Review monitoring after 4 quarters | ||
