| Details: | SUMMARY: Reminder of 1st quarter coliform has not been completed DETAILS: Contacted Jeff about why a sample for coliform has not been submitted. He stated that he already knew he had received a monitoring violation and think it mattered this quarter that he get a sample in right away. ACTION NEEDED: Complete coliform sample and submit to state ASAP for 2nd quarter and firm receives a violation for not monitoring. If negative continue to monitor quarterly. | ||
