| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform monitoring DETAILS: Left messages with Meg who has informed me that Maria Luisa is now the contact. I have not spoken with Maria to confirm. Meg indicated that the firm last sampled for coliform on Sept. 9 and Arsenic in February 2009. She said she has faxed them. However, Bill Goss indicated that they have not received them. Brad Daniel has been informed and is composing a letter of violation notice to the firm. I left another message with Meg hick informing her that we did not get the fax and of the coming letter. I left my cell number drinking water fax number and email address for contact information. ACTION NEEDED: Complete coliform monitoring quarterly. Plan for treatment of arsenic. | ||
