| Details: | SUMMARY: DBP DETAILS: Was contacted by David Lew and Gregg Baird concerning the 9/30/08 DBP results from this firm. Location was noted as East Wall Distribution Valve was unsure if this was a DBPMAX01 site also was not sure if this was a stage 1 or 2. Amanda confirmed site was DBPMAX01 and that it was a Stage 1. I contacted David Lew to inform him of this information. ACTION NEEDED: Next time the test is run under location write DBPMAX01 East Wall Distribution Valve. | ||
