Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Phone consultation on 4/22/09 with operator regarding the 2 positive coliform samples. We discussed disinfecting the well with chlorine. She stated she would have the well shocked and would not produce ice until this was resolved. She will have 5 routine samples done next month. ACTION NEEDED: Shock well and 5 routine samples next month
