| Details: | Positive TC on routine sample in distribution. Follow-up with 3 repeat samples. One at same site #2, one upstream and one downstream of site 2. Take one at the well. This is a source sample and should be untreated water. Be sure to read the sampling protocol on the reverse of the sample submission page. Do not disinfect anything until after repeats and source samples are collected. You may not have to disinfect at all. | ||
