Details: SUMMARY: Arsenic DETAILS: Discussed two alerts dated 8/8/07 and 10/10/07. Encouraged owner to consider treatment, if this choice is made plan review is required. Sent the health effects information packet for arsenic. Also talked to owner about missing first quarter coliform testing for 2009 and being over due for nitrate testing. ACTION NEEDED: Operator agreed to take coliform and nitrate samples right away
