| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 4/30/09 I spoke with Gary Huntley and he informed me that one of the 3 temporary routines he samples on 4/28/09 was positive. He will collect 4 repeat samples tomorrow. 5/5/09 Neilson Research confirmed that four repeat samples were submitted on 5/1/09 and all tested negative for coliform. ACTION NEEDED: One routine coliform sample needs to be submitted in the third quarter of 2009. | ||
