Details: Contacted Mr. Helgeson about the confirmed E. coli in the source. Reviewed the letter regarding E. coli in source water that he will be receiving. Contacted Jonathan Woody who is working with the system to make upgrades and solve problems (environmental consulting). Advised to complete another Boil advisory this time regarding E. coli in the Source and submit to DWS. Next to consult with Daniel Hough at DWS about installation of chlorination. Well will be referred for source water evaluation. I will complete this referral tomorrow to Shawn Stevenson at DWS. Sent the 4-log disinfection calculation form to Jonathan. System will be on boil water advisory until interim 4-log disinfection for viruses is established.
