| Details: | SUMMARY: field visit - inspection of system DETAILS: Made a field visit to the fish hatchery. In the past 2 months, there have been 6 total coliform detections. The system chlorinated the well on Monday, 6/1/09. I inspected the water system and collected 2 special samples (well and eyewash) and 2 routine samples (water lab and breakroom). Once the results are available we will decide what the next step will be. ACTION NEEDED: Further action based on latest test results. | ||
