| Details: | SUMMARY: 2008 nitrate test from wrong EP DETAILS: Test done in June was attributed to EP-A and should have been EP-B. It appears the lab entered the wrong entry point ID. He will call Sheri at BoxR water lab and ask her to correct the error. ACTION NEEDED: The results were resubmitted with the correct entry point EP-B. The 2009 nitrate has also been done.
