| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 4/27/09 DETAILS: I left message for Richard to contact me regarding the repeat samples they need to collect today. I spoke with Joanna Davis at 541-660-0244. She is collecting the four repeat samples now and will submit them to the lab today. I informed her that if any of the repeat samples test positive the restaurant will need to close. Neilson Research confirmed that repeat samples have been submitted. 4/30/09 - Neilson Research confirmed that all four samples tested negative for coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines need to be collected during May 2009 | ||
