| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert for repeat coliform DETAILS: The routine test for March was positive. One of 4 repeats reported on 4/13 was also positive. I advised Larry Smith to disinfect the system because the problem dates back several months and hasnt gone away. On 4-29-09 Bob checked with Orin Corak for an update. Mr. Corak stated that the system has been disinfected and 5 routine samples were collected by the lab on 4/28. Corak also said that they discovered a break in the line from the well to the pressure tanks. This was repaired. He also said that they have distributed a public notice. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of the 5 routines in April | ||
