| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Spoke to Mike Phillips on the phone on 4/1/09 at 4:45pm. Informed him that 4 repeat samples were required to be collected within 24 hours. Mike said he was unaware that this was the process after receiving a positive coliform. Called Mike back on 4/2/09 to review the coliform rule and he said employees from Delta Environmental lab were out at his site collecting the samples. ACTION NEEDED: Waiting for results. | ||
