Details:	SUMMARY: Emergency Response Plan (ERP) DETAILS: Initial contact with operator made 2/5/09. Provided operator with a paper copy of the ERP during field visit. Discussed with the operator how to properly fill out the plan what information is needed, and where to mail the cover page to the state indicating completion of the plan. ACTION NEEDED: Needs to complete ERP within 120 days.
